Product Exchanges & Returns

We are happy to accept exchanges on products ordered from our website. Exchanges are accepted on Smart Socks products that have not been used or washed and that have been purchased through the official Smart Socks website and online store (www.smartsocks.net).

If the socks you received are not what you ordered, please contact us directly via phone or email so that we can resolve the issue. If the products you received are what you ordered but you would still like to exchange them for whatever reason, please follow the steps below. Once you have submitted a product for exchange using the instructions below, please allow up to 15 business days to receive your new socks in the mail.

Exchange for Different Size

If you would like to exchange a product ordered through our website for a different size than in your original order, please follow these instructions.

1. Send your unworn socks complete with original packaging, along with a copy of your original Smart Socks Order Confirmation email, via USPS first class mail to the following address:

** Please include a note in the package indicating the new Size you would like to receive as a replacement, as well as an updated shipping address where your replacement products should be mailed if different from the shipping address on your original order. **

2. Once we receive your product for exchange, we will mail your replacement socks free of charge. You will not receive an additional email confirming shipment of your exchange, but you may contact us at any time to check the status of an exchange you have previously submitted. Please allow up to 15 business days to receive your replacement socks to arrive.

Exchange for Different Product 

If you would like to exchange a product ordered through our website for a different style, please follow these instructions.

1. Contact us first via email or the contact form found on our website to alert us that you would like to exchange your socks for a different style. Please include your original Smart Socks Order Number, the product you would like to return, and the product you would like to exchange it for in your message, as well as the best way to contact you with any questions.

** Please note that if the price of the new product is greater than the price paid for the original product you ordered, you will be charged for the difference in price. If the price of the new product is less than what you originally paid, you will be credited the difference in price. **

2. Send your unworn socks complete with original packaging, along with a copy of your original Smart Socks Order Confirmation email, via USPS first class mail to the following address:

3. Once we receive your product for exchange, we will mail your replacement socks free of charge. Returns & Refunds 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you received and would like to return your Smart Socks for a refund, please follow these instructions.

1. Please contact us via phone or email with your original order number, name and contact information, as well as the product you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. Send your unworn socks complete with original packaging, along with a copy of your original Smart Socks Order Confirmation email, via USPS first class mail to the following address:

3. Once we receive the product(s) you would like to return, we will process your return and apply the appropriate credit to the card used for payment at checkout. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed and credit card refunded.

Smart Socks Warranty Information

If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your socks for up to one year, simply return the laundered socks with the dated sales receipt and explanation for replacement. Products are warranted against defects in materials and construction for one year from the date of purchase under normal wear. To return your socks, please follow these instructions.

1. Send your socks complete with original receipt or order confirmation email, via USPS first class mail to the following address:
